Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Wholze collects, why we collect it and what choices you have. We only collect what we need to run a business networking platform.

• Account details: your email address and password (passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are not visible to us), or your Google account name and email if you use Continue with Google.
• Business profile: business name, industry, location, address, business type, years in business, mobile number, logo and any dropshipping details you add.
• Listings and activity: products, photos, requirements you post, quotes, favorites, ratings and reviews.
• Messages you send and receive through Wholze.
• Reports you submit about listings or businesses.
• Usage counts: how many times a product page or business profile has been viewed.
• Basic technical data such as browser and device information when you use the site.

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To show your business and products to other users and let them contact you.
• To deliver messages, quotes and, when switched on, email notifications.
• To show you view counts and activity on your seller dashboard.
• To review reports, prevent scams and keep the platform safe.
• To improve Wholze and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

Wholze is a business network, so much of your business information is public to visitors and other users. This includes your business name, location, industry, logo, verified status, products, reviews you write and the requirements you post. If you add a mobile number to your profile, it is shown with a Call button so buyers can reach you. Only add details you are happy to make public. Your messages are visible only to you and the other person in the conversation, and to Wholze administrators where needed to handle a report or keep the platform safe.

We use trusted providers to operate the platform. They process data for us:

• Supabase for our database, sign-in and file storage (data is hosted in India, in the Mumbai region).
• Vercel to host the website.
• Google for the Continue with Google sign-in option.
• Google Gemini to power the Wholze AI assistant.
• An email service to send notification emails, when that feature is switched on.

When you ask Wholze AI a question, the text you type is sent to an AI service to create an answer. Please do not type passwords, bank details, OTPs or other sensitive personal information into it.

Wholze uses small pieces of data stored in your browser to keep you signed in and make the site work. We do not use them to sell advertising.

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to run the service, handle disputes and meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.

We use reasonable safeguards, including access rules in our database, to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.

• You can view and edit your business profile and listings from your account.
• You can ask us to correct, give you a copy of, or delete your personal information.
• You can remove products and reviews you have posted.
• You can stop using Wholze at any time.

Wholze is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as Wholze grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
